Verified: how the Medellín Monthly ranking works
Nobody pays to appear first here. The order of the results is earned: with a 360° tour, an in-person visit, and what tenants staying for months actually look for.
What the Verified badge means
Verified means our team has visited your apartment in person and shot its 360° tour. It costs COP 250,000 + IVA (COP 297,500 in total), once, and the tour is yours to use on any platform.
How the ranking is ordered
- 360° tour.
- Property verification (our visit).
- Home office: a real desk and chair.
- Air conditioning.
- Soundproof windows.
- Blackout blinds.
- Then: parking, pool, jacuzzi, gym and building security.
- Plus: reviews, response time and cancellation history.
No paid promotion
We don’t sell positions. No landlord can pay to rank higher.
Features count the same whoever installed them. If you’re missing one we can install it, but you don’t have to use us.
How to move up the results
- Book the 360° tour and verification visit.
- Add what tenants look for most: a desk, AC, blackout blinds and soundproof windows.
- Answer requests within 48 hours.
- Don’t cancel accepted bookings: two cancellations and a landlord is removed.

Can I pay to appear first?
No. The ranking is earned; there’s no paid promotion.
Do I have to buy the 360° tour to list?
It isn’t required to list, but it carries the most weight in the ranking, and it’s the condition for the launch offer: the first 50 properties pay no listing fee for the first year.
Do I have to install features with you?
No. They count the same whoever installed them.
Do reviews count?
Yes. Reviews, response time and cancellation history also count towards the ranking.
