Furnished monthly rentals in Envigado
Envigado sits just south of El Poblado in the Aburrá Valley. It has a busy main square, a strong local identity and plenty of family housing, and feels more like a town than a district.
Envigado is a separate municipality from Medellín, with its own local government. A lease of 30 days or more there is still a residential lease under Ley 820.

What to check before you book
- Noise. The streets around the main park and the bar area get busy at night. Residential blocks further out are calmer.
- Desk. A real desk and an office chair, not the dining table.
- Air conditioning. At least in the bedroom, especially in sunny or top-floor apartments.
- Blackout blinds. In the bedroom, so the morning light doesn’t wake you.
- Internet. Ask for a recent speed test and whether it’s fibre. Keep mobile data as a backup for calls.
Getting around
- Metro Line A has Ayurá and Envigado stations along the river.
- Residential areas higher up towards the hills are quieter but rely more on taxis or a car.
- El Poblado is directly to the north and Sabaneta to the south.
