Furnished monthly rentals in Laureles – Estadio
Laureles–Estadio sits west of the river: flat, leafy streets laid out in circles, with the Atanasio Girardot stadium and sports complex at its edge. It’s the area remote workers most often choose for a slower, more local Medellín.

What to check before you book
- Noise. La 70 and the streets near the stadium get loud on match days and weekend nights. The inner circular streets are usually calmer.
- Desk. A real desk and an office chair, not the dining table.
- Air conditioning. At least in the bedroom, especially in sunny or top-floor apartments.
- Blackout blinds. In the bedroom, so the morning light doesn’t wake you.
- Internet. Ask for a recent speed test and whether it’s fibre. Keep mobile data as a backup for calls.
Getting around
- Metro Line B crosses the area, with Estadio and Floresta stations among its stops.
- The area is flat, so walking and cycling are easy. Buses and taxis cover the rest.
- Belén borders it to the south, and El Poblado is across the river to the south-east.
