Who is listing?

Owner: we need a certificado de tradición y libertad in your name, and we check your ID. You can upload the document in step 3, or send it later on WhatsApp.

Agent: we need the mandate signed by the owner, and we check your ID. You can upload the document in step 3, or send it later on WhatsApp.

Sub-lessor: we need your lease with written permission to sublet, and we check your ID. We pull the property’s certificado de tradición ourselves to confirm who the owner is. You can upload the document in step 3, or send it later on WhatsApp.

    Listing rules. To list on Medellín Monthly, you agree that:

    COP 300,000 + IVACOP 357,000 total a year, per property.
    Monthly listing
    COP 50,000 + IVACOP 59,500 total a month, per property.
    360° tour + Verified visit
    COP 250,000 + IVACOP 297,500 total, one-off. The tour is yours.
